Job Description

Job Title/Function: Head of Compensation & Benefits

Reporting to: Chief Human Resources Officer

 

Responsibilities

The main purposes of the job are as follows:

  •  Managing and handling all cash compensation related items (payroll, staff loans, taxes, in-house staff fund, life insurance, travel allowance, lay off packages, variable payments “bonus & profit sharing”).
  • Annual budget Practice (Head count & Employment Cost)
  • Managing all related relationships with the following external authorities (social insurance, labor office, tax authority, life insurance companies).
  • Managing different types of periodic reports and surveys (salary surveys, budgeting, audit reports, business continuity plans reporting, fixed assets reporting, expatriates reports).
  • Handling other administration duties related to staff compensation (overtime & different types of staff leaves).
  • Handling HR Governance issues.

Requirements​/Qualifications

  • Fluency in English
  • A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is required
  • Computer skills (word, excel, PowerPoint)
  • 15+ years of experience in human resources, with a focus on compensation and benefits.
  • Proven experience in managerial roles, leading teams and initiatives related to compensation and benefits.
  • Internal Invistigation Experience
  • Experience in developing and implementing compensation and benefits strategies that align with organizational goals.
  • Ability to lead, influence, and motivate a team.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with employees, stakeholders, and executives.
  • Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively across departments.
