Job Description

A reputable Law Firm is seeking a proactive and organized Executive Assistant to support the manager. The main objective of this role is to save the manager’s time by managing administrative tasks, streamlining communications, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while maintaining a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.

Responsibilities

  • Draft and manage emails, reports, and communications in both Arabic and English.
  • Follow instruction manuals and procedures to ensure tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Keep accurate and organized records while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Support the Manager by preparing short reports, organizing meetings, managing schedules, and handling various administrative tasks.
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Word for drafting and editing documents.
  • Maintain an attentive, detail-oriented approach and ensure goal-oriented outcomes.
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain a professional attitude in all interactions.
  • Utilize tools like Trello to track tasks and project progress (preferred but not required).
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills in both verbal and written interactions with clients and internal teams.

Requirements​/Qualifications

  • 1 – 2 years of experience administrative experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or any related fields
  • Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and general office tools.
  • Ability to draft professional emails and short reports.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
  • High level of accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain a professional demeanor and handle tasks with discretion.
  • Familiarity with Trello is a plus.
