We are seeking a motivated ETS1 Network Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, diagnosing, and resolving network performance issues while providing frontline support for enterprise customers. You will also configure CPE devices, monitor transmissions, and handle customer configuration requests.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for enterprise clients via calls and emails.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve both physical and logical network issues.
  • Configure modems and routers for customers.
  • Provide proactive monitoring and take necessary actions for network stability.
  • Assist with planned maintenance activities and ensure customer communication.
  • Document and update customers on case progress, including Root Cause Analysis (RFO).

Requirements​/Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communication Engineering or Computer Science.
  • CCNA certification required; CCNP is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
  • Effective interpersonal and business writing skills.
  • Detail-oriented and customer-focused approach.
