In this role, you will be responsible for managing purchase orders, coordinating shipments, handling logistics, and ensuring timely procurement of goods and services. Your responsibilities will include supplier communication, cost negotiations, and compliance with regulatory approvals.

Responsibilities

  • Obtain and evaluate supplier quotations.
  • Process and track purchase orders.
  • Support procurement planning and budgeting.
  • Coordinate shipments and handle logistics.
  • Manage invoices and ensure timely vendor payments.
  • Maintain procurement records and documentation.

Requirements​/Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year in procurement or a related field.
  • Skills: Problem-solving, negotiation, multitasking, and strong communication.
